Here is some tips, Slendrina appears on the side of the corner always, move backwards and if you realize that someone is blocking you in your back that means slendrina is in your back waiting for you to turn around.
A tip for new players: If you see a locked door with blood on the outside, dont waste your key there, it has no books and when you turn around, Slendrina will automatically there, also, if you feel like slendrina is behind you but not sure, look down and move backwards, if you notice someone is blocking you, its Slendrina waiting for you to turn around, If you want to escape without turning around, Try to move to a wall without turning to any side and try to go to a large room, it helped me once, hope it does for you too 😁
