Incorrect information about OCI. Property can be bought. Only agricultural property cannot be bought by OCI holders. Restrictions for OCI holders are: 1. Cannot vote. 2. Cannot take up government jobs including elected positions. 3. Cannot buy agricultural land. Can still inherit agricultural land.

We had friend who took care of first kid, They will allow your first Kid in Baby room just they don't allow in Delivery room only. All the best 👍
