Yeah, I believe that is what they call her unique way of talking (enunciation?). I don't exactly know why it's called "mochimochi" but somehow it also feels just right to me to call it that LOL. Maybe it sounds like she's talking with mochi for a tongue. It's also an onomatopeia for "chewy/soft/plump", so there's that.
