Gen Z's (which I think I am not a part of, as Victor Matthews argued), aside from being very spontaneous and reactionary, are also a very practical generation that is evidence-based. In other words, they are a "Don't tell me it works, show me it works" set of people, in contrast to my fellow millennials who believed so much in loyalty and were principle-based.
The characteristic of Gen Z's to immediately move once it's "not giving" (in IB's voice) has its disadvantages but also shows a generation that won't settle for less or hope endlessly. I believe as Gen Z's advance in age, with good mentorship and other great qualities, we are going to see a generation with significant improvement from others.

Victor Matthews and shakara sha 😂😂😂. Anyways, there is a paradigm shift going on and it has affected the way we do things, particularly our approach to work. And like every other thing in life, the disadvantage to the "Gen Z approach to life" is that we might end up have a generation who would rather have their cake and eat it and not believe in delayed gratification, In the end, we hope that the pros outweigh the cons. Great discuss and shoutout to IB, Kachi and Ofure.
