I know it hurts, but try to remain positive. Positivity is strength. Wish for your enemies to heal because they are weak and in pain. Don’t think angrily because it’s like them. I know it’s hard, trust me, but you’re better than that. Remain humble, pray to God for peace and love, and wish your enemies well because you’re better than to become like them mentally. My childhood trauma, being rejected by almost everyone I met (from school to the military), heavy dependance on alcohol, and my mental illnesses, I should have unalived myself by now or at least had a serious nervous breakdown but GOD kept me!! 🙌🏾🎉🙏🏾

My brother turned to drugs and is now a shell of his former self and has been in and out of mental institutions and I have had my struggles with addiction too but that was 12 years ago and somehow I beat addiction too. There was a specific moment that it became obvious what was happening. And yeah, the people who did it have done it to lots of other people and made them crazy I'm sure.
