I think legally this is neutral because you are allowed to record people in public spaces like a hallway, and she made no effort to obstruct view of her private space
I think the only time it's illegal to film someone without consent is if you're making money from if, or if it's porn graphic, like teens sending teens is considered distributing child pornography. laws work in funny way
