UPDATE: I just wanted to add that the Sport have a very minimal amount of body-bourne noise when running. The momentum 3 have A LOT and I would not recommend them when running.
I consider buying one of them. I've seen that the sport has 3 sizes for the adapters whereas the momentum have 4. Does the S size (smallest) of the Sport is the same size that the S on the momentum 3 or does it is the same as the XS on the momentum? Thank you for the review and the help.
Two things are most important to me. 1. sound 2. fit. My #1 pet peeve is when an earbud drops out. If the M3 fit/security is an 8, there are many buds out there that are a 5 at best.
I could use 1st and 2nd generation Apple AirPods from one of my family members..From the moment that I could also get my pair of CXPlus's I realized the sound quality was so much better than Airpods..With it's customizable EQ settings I immediately fell in love with it.. It's a little bit bulky looking for my ears but fits so well..Hope to try momentum 3 soon and so happy with the purchase❤
Excellent analisis. I am very happy with my CX Plus that I found in Amazon months ago for 90 €. ANC is not great but sound quaility is absolutely amazing. Regards from Spain.
I have the CX, CX Plus, and the momentum 3's...While I love the 3's, and there is just "more" there, i absolutely prefer the sound, imaging, and highs of the CX Plus. For me, they the CX plus series are the best SOUNDING true wireless earbuds made. The 3's are beautiful as well, just sacrificed a little too much high detail. In my humble opinion.
Great video. Thank you! I think Sennheiser SPORT is better, but it is in-ear type and there are safety hazards when used outdoors. Open-ear headphones are recommended for outdoor sports. They are safer and healthier. I am using the Wissony Hi Runner Bone conduction headphones myself. They are open-ear headphones. Their performance is very powerful and can be used in many scenes, such as running, swimming, boating, cycling, hiking, etc.
senny TW earbuds tend to break after a few months/a year... they might have addressed the problem, but I have lost quite the bit of confidence about them lasting...
Thanks for posting this James! During the Fall Amazon Prime Event I was going to go with the Sennheiser Sports for some new gym buds, but then I saw that the CX Plus Special Editions were going for $89 - a full ten bucks LESS than the Sports! Ideally I wouldn't mind getting the Momentum 3's, but I'm poor. 😂😬
Shoutout for oddly referring to specific genres like Hardstyle and Dubstep, I listen and produce both genres and both require such good bass response to sound good that reviewers always broadly describe in generic "EDM" terms that usually don't help. It's highly appreciated, good comparison and big thumbs up!
@@pickyaudio If you search Jack Major you can find me there. :) I only have one release thus far as I'm rebranding my alias, but if you stay in the loop there you'll find more when I make it public. Cheers for your interest!
Nope. Both have the same 7mm driver. So technically both are the same. Only the EQ ist different and the NC and the sport have better fit due to the wings.
I already have momentum 2, 3 tws and senn. sport one.. And of course flagships momentum 2 and 3s have better and little bit different soundstage but I really like sport one for sport activities because fit and size and also anc is not really important when I am doing sports so for sport activities they are great and for other activities like traveling, shopping prefer momentum 2 and 3 but with all of them using spinfit cp 360 v2
Whitch is better for the gym, Soundcore sport x10, this sennheiser sport, LG tone free fit, tribit movebuds h1, JBL endurance race/Peak 3, Galaxy buds fe, JLab epic air sport, Skullcandy push active or Earfun free pro 3?
I know it's a 9 month video, but I do not recommand Momentum 3, they are bad manufacturing, I love them for sure. But they are bad and they will end up not working while after several month, especially if you go often outside with them. And isn't an isolate case, because I purchase an another momentum 3, same result, and I can see A lot of people complaining the same problem on Reddit.
Ironcially I got both lmfao. The sports were only £120 for me and the true momentum was 99 Though I got it slightly cheaper. From my exp I prefer the momentum over the sports but that being said I workout so the sports prob suits me better as well as my super small ears
anyway you can cram the wing tips from the sport buds on to the TWM3? i really like my TWM3's but for skiing need the wing tips to avoid losing one in the snow.
hey, what TWS do you think DO block out most of the surrounding's noise? one cannot google for noise isolation anymore as all one gets is noise cancellation promo :D atb and great detail in the reviews
Hi mate nice review, i do own a momentum 3 but I'm looking to buy a sen sport tws only for its wings! I have come across cx plus anc, which one would you recommend. Thanks in advance 🙂
Does this last long? I have been using my Jabra elite active 75t almost every single day for 2.5 years and the left side died and the Jabra support said it is end of life.
If you wanted to switch the audio from your phone to your tablet, could you do that from the app on either device, or do you have to go into Bluetooth settings on the phone and disconnect there and then connect to the tablet?
The momentum 3 has multipoint connection so you can have two devices connected at the same time. Sport you have to go to settings on your phone but you can do it in the app as well
Thanks! They are up there if you like a balanced sound with some brightness. So high hats/crashes sound great but enough bass as well. My go to are still the momentum 3 though with their more bass heavy tuning but with great treble also
Samsung is not a Headphone company, it's an electronics firm, as ever. Great phones (hardware), but SQ-wise, i'd prefer Sennheiser, AKG, Quad, etc. You never can go wrong with Sennheiser.
The mom 3 are more versatile. With no EQ they have great clarity and balance. With bass boost on they get very close to the 75t but in a slightly different way. A bit more boomy but great if you love a lot of bass 👌
There are no comparison video for sennheiser sport vs the new sport earbuds that recently came out. I don't need a heartbeat sensor in my ear because I wear a smart watch. Also, seems very overpriced
Hello, my friend, I have a MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 headset. My problem is that I cannot use aptx, only SBC AAC. Is the solution to replace the device with another device that supports 5.2 codec, or something related to the application that I do not know? How can I use this technology? Please please tell me

i want the best anc and sound quality with powerfull bass.been reviewing each video on youtube about a week now.but still dont know which one to choose.anyone can help me?money isnt a problem for me.tq
I bought the Momentums 3 and use em in the gym. The ipx4 should be splash resistant, and thus sweat resitsnt? The store didnt recommend momentum 3 for workouts because of the ipx4 rating and claimed that the warranty won't cover if it breaks from it. I sweat normally I'd say as I combine cardio w weights. After 3 weeks I have no problem. Should I be worried about breaking them with sweat and get a sports headset for workouts?
I wouldnt do it. There are a lot of posts on the internet who had problems (sweat/salt etc) after training. The momentums 3s are not desined for that kind of sweaty stuff.
MTW 3's are so ass, avoid them. 2 months after purchasing, the right bud started emitting a high pitch whistling. Realized it was the shitty ANC, resolved it by turning off, a day later I notice the left bud was significantly louder than the right. In short, ANC ruined my pair. Not to mention the numerous constant issues I've had with charging.

The amount of Bass you can get out the Momentum TW 3 is insane. You can easily EQ them to be Bass cannons.
100%!
How?? The bass doesn't seem that impressive to me imo
Try different ear tips and make sure that bass boost eq is on 🕺
The same on the true sport. The true sport has even more bass in my comparison.
