I've watched a dozen videos on this watch because I was enamored with the dials and font usage, but nobody provided the shots and perspectives that you provided. Completely changed my perception of the watch. Once again, you knock it out of the park. Thanks for your hard work, Chris!
Thank you so much, Chris, for the detailed and insightful review! So happy you liked it and it made some sense where I was going with the design. A secret car watch, so to speak. There's alot of me, my cars, and family history all mixed into the design and the brand but I hope it stands on it's own as a nice little well-made watch. And thanks, too for the support for LA businesses - we were lucky but there are many family, friends, and local businesses who need our support. Much appreciated!
I saw the Malaga Red version on Peter's channel a couple of months ago. I liked it so much I bought one! I just love the unique fonts and colors Camp used.
I'm sorry, Chris, but please consider this as feedback. This watch does not take inspiration from the automotive industry/BMW. Unfortunately, I was in that industry for almost 20 years. This is just "marketing".
If they use a dial colour what BMW used in 60s/70s on the model 2002 plus that pin from a instrument cluster, I'd call that an inspiration or paying a tribute to that model
It is marketing, of course, but it's also an amalgam of various bits and pieces of personal automotive history. Atlantic Blue may be the most subtle, but the color is 1970's BMW and the seconds hand is from a 1960's 2002. The font is similar to one on an old Buick brochure. On the Florida, it's the rare color from my own '68 1600, the DIN typeface and crosshairs. For Malaga Red, the font is taken from a '40 Ford, my dad's first car when he was a teenager. Even the Swiss lacquer supplier is a company who have made badges and paints for BMW and many others for decades. Finally, the included watch wrap is a full-grain leather homage to the original plastic 2002 tool roll.

So did you get one? Dial and colors look awesome

I dig it. Groovy style and I like the simplicity of a hand-winding time only watch.
Torn between the Atlantic Blue and Malaga Red variants. One of the coolest designs I've seen it quite a while. Way to go LA!
👍👍👍 Nice Watch and Elegant Watch introduce by Watch Expert + Watch Chris 👍👍👍
Nice watch mi friend.💯👍
I like the watch, it is unique and the numerals are a stand out feature.
Camp means something other than a group of tents in the UK! 🤔
like it

This is a pretty cool watch with a gorgeous original dial and a neat looking case, but affordable? Sadly, not in my reality.
I like it. Ever time you say "affordable " now I cringe. 😮

How can you be sure it doesn't? Have you seen all cars ever made so far?

i dont think this worth USD$900 although Swiss made.
my BMW is from 2003 and it does not look like this watch, maybe orange instead of blue?
The BMW 2002 was a model they produced in the 60s and 70s
No thanks
BMW’s are overpriced.
Bmw? So it runs stupidly fast, doesn't have indicators and is generally an all around idiot?
