Yep I’ve owned 5 Corvette’s over the last 30 years plus a 2018 ZL1 now that I’m getting older I would really love to buy the AWD ERAY. I’m planning to retire in 4 more years at the age of 60. 2028/2029 could be the last year of the C8 talk about perfect timing for me my wife says I can buy me another Corvette as a retirement present 😎
Hi love your videos on an MSRP list for a c8 ZR1 just don’t know which position on the list yet until after July 25 reveal. The dealership will get allocated figures by then. I’ll be grateful to be selected and chooses a base 1ZR only to upgrade to a GT3 seat because your gonna need it lol. Top speed honors and lowest drag advantages. Maybe a swade package and Hysteria blue/purple color if the ZTK package is available or at least the giant wing aero package only I will grab it since this may be rare
Honestly, ETS makes a twin turbo system that has gone 8.64 @ 170MPH on a stock motor with turbo pistons, an upgraded fuel system and clutch and axels! You KNOW the ZR1 will cost OVER $200K and you can buy that kind of power NOW for a lot less....and STEALERSHIP mark up??? Look for the ETS video here on TH-cam!!!!
Hey Bob. I think the top dealers will still honor the MSRPs. They have so much inventory going through and its in their interest to maintain their reputation, both with customers and GM, going forward that the short term gain from markups on these select cars would hurt their bottom line. I know the one top dealer ive been working with specifically for my ZR1 has said there will be no mark up under any circumstances. And I would believe them.
If you desperately want one, then prepare to be s#d#mized by the dealers. Btw, I can't help noticing that so many auto dealerships, GM and otherwise have lots of C8 Stingrays on their lots. A nearby Ford dealership, Honda used dealership, etc.
