This is my personal view point on what you mentioned in your comment and information I’ve seen and heard -
He’s actually been with Antonia since December 2023 they celebrated New Years together/ there are pics of them together. Actually his BF is dating her BF. And before that he was liking things in her instagram account. I feel he’s always been reserved and shown Nicola appreciation and respect with his body language. Nicola loves everyone as I absolutely 💯 love our Queen Nicola and she is an extrovert unlike Luke who is an introvert. Their 5 year soul friendship in my personal opinion is priceless! I appreciate how they defend each other in interviews and via Instagram!
I hope 🤞 to see more of them in season 4 and definitely in other projects together and separate.
