Thnks a lot brother, you are a life saver.
I bought ink tank 316 last year I was facing same problem and those morons changed my both printing heads twice and charged me 1600 for single head.
But after a week problem popped again everytime.
After watching your video I used that yellow thing you just showed, and problem solved absolutely free I was like woww.
Those shit heads never actually told me the use of this yellow thing even when I asked.

That comes with the printer, please check printer box it should be there as it is attached with printer head.
While installing heads to printer, it must be removed.
Hope you haven't thrown it to dustbin.
