Personally, I think that groups of six have it the hardest with choreographies. 6 when it comes to choreographies is too little for many things and also too much for quite a few formations and transitions, but holy crap this group does great. Props to their choreographer because this is a hard number to make a good choreographies with. And to the members of ONEUS, you have to dance pretty much perfectly to pull it off and my oh my they do the best in my opinion.

They are reported to sometimes lock their trainees and let them to not eat anything for a day or two if they have not followed something or they have failed to do something. But I have to agree, RBW's artists are given freedom to be creative in their performances and songs, and also, vocals are highly noticeable in all of RBW's artists, which means that it is the label's specialty, and only few labels specialize in vocals but still produce great artists, and RBW is highly appreciated for that.
K.C. Fan I don’t think RBW locks trainees up or anything lol. But more like wants them to be responsible for themselves. So they have to watch their own weight and all. As long as they are training properly and watch over their health then it’s probably good. MAMAMOO were told to watch over their own weight during their trainee days. RBW doesn’t force any of their artist to diet, it’s up to them to decide whether they want to diet.
