Yeah good stuff. My stomach is not living vicariously on this one... BK is not high on my list...but it works nostalgically. Who didn't dream of doing that skateboard scene in real life. Unrelatedly... Adam you surely have seen Ready Player One... right?
Blessed to have been an 1980s kid. Back to the Future is one of the greatest films of all-time. Part II was ok and I enjoyed Part III. The first one is the best.
Your knowledge of fast food establishments, attractions and movie trivia makes for a great combination and interesting videos. I hope you can keep this series going for as long as possible. The length of your videos is just right.
Loving this current series, Adam. You could make a vlog about literally anything and make it interesting. I watch your vlogs everyday after work. Keep up the good work, man. 👏
So, I’m watching this while drinking a cup of coffee and when you get to the Gamble House, I look at my mug and I’m drinking from my Gamble House mug. I purchased the mug on October 23rd 2015. Two days after the big day. Thanks for sharing ATW. Keep safe. M&L
Your dad is correct. Back in the day, the diameter of their burgers was much larger and their slogan was, "It takes two hands to handle a Whopper", and it did!
Awesome job as always Adam :). I had the scene playing on my TV at least 10 times to match it up :) There was a Toys R Us in the background of Burger King! RIP TRU
Yes seeing things from years ago with a history attached. A nice gentle breeze hits me in the face of a happier world every time I see the old familiar historical things and hear those old songs.
Hello Adam!! I have been enjoying your tour of Southern California's dinning establishments. The was has been a lot I didn't know. Thank you for what I know has been a lot of hard work and study on your part. You always always deliver Excellant content. Looking forward to the next adventure.
I loved Back to the Future! It's amazing how Hollywood can make it seem like things are there when they're not -- like how we thought Doc's garage was right there near the BK.
Guess I’ll have the Back to the Future theme music stuck in my head all day again. ...and I’m ok with that! 🤩 Visiting more restaurants used in popular movies would make a great extension to this series. 🎥🎬
True and just like in the film where they are watching The Honeymooners on radio and TV there was so much of the1950s back in 1985. The old Nick at Nite was all 1950s and 1960s shows back then.

Chad Richards......I'd safely bet there already is such a book floating around out there somewhere. Given the number of books both in and out of print, it seems no topic, however esoteric, is off limits to a writer motivated to write about it.
I really miss your abandoned videos, it's what made me want to become a creator, but I will always enjoy your content and be a supporter of your channel. Your videos got me through a tough time with cancer and just the thought of what I was going to see in your new video the next day gave me some hope. Thank you for what you do Adam.
Its always great seeing the back to the future location and you talking about them you can see the love for the films that you have as do I I love them also look forward to them
Adam, you can take any subject, and still make it affirmative and fun! Thank you for all the hard work you do! You got me interested you tube. I watch Jordan the Lion and now Stefan Adika. Supporting and giving you a big thumbs up, from Indiana!!!!
I've driven by that Burger King a million times and never knew it was so historical! You've inspired me to watch the films. Have not seen them since they first came out. Thanks for the videos. I've loved this series.
This BK is right near my old office. I used to grab breakfast in the morning there. I'd pull out of the parking lot with the song playing in my head, wondering if Marty was hitching a ride on my bumper. 😂
As this video continues, Adam keeps hiding deeper and deeper into the foliage. I cannot imagine being there seeing a man standing amongst the shrubs and talking to a tree while eating BK wearing a BTTF shirt hahahah!
For a while there I thought he was revisiting locations from the original Tarzan movie. BTW how did you like the zesty sauce? It you ask for onion rings sauce, they will automatically give you zesty sauce...great video as usual!
I’ve really enjoyed watching this series. I look forward to watching them as you upload them. Nice job, Adam as always. My order for the BTF trilogy would be 2,1,3

Hello! I love your channel and look forward to your videos! Just went back and watched your "Nine States in Nine Days" series. Absolutely loved it! Thanks!!
I remember when I went to Burbank I was driving and I drove past it. I thought the area looked familiar and I looked back and was like, “Holy Crap, that’s the Back to the Future Burger King!”😂
Loved/loving the series! Something completely different and refreshing to watch. Live in England so unfortunately can’t try most of those things, but they make me feel soooo hungry!
I missed you finding a cute park to eat in. It just adds another dimension to your vlogs and it seems like SoCal has many of them. However your knowledge about the movie is amazing. Thanks for an interesting video.
Haven’t had a Whopper in many years. They were bigger than they are now. The onion rings looked good. That’s one special Burger King. Not every Burger King gets featured in a classic movie. Thank you for keeping going with the food series. It’s an adventure everyday. God bless you.

Hey Adam, One of my all-time favorite movies is Back to the Future also! I was in my 20’s in the ‘80’s and thought that movie was the greatest! Michael J. Fox made that movie iconic. Thanks for sharing the history and locations. So interesting!
Your dad was right about the whopper it use to be quite large. Burger Kings jingle used to be “ it takes two hands to handle a whopper the two fisted burger at Burger King.” They were huge. You always knew where the beef was
Another great vlog, Adam! You probably already know, but in case you don't, I just want to let you know that Back to the Future is coming back to the big screen the first week of July at Cinemark Theaters. Anyways, thanks for being you and sharing your life with us!
Love searching out shooting locations... and Back to the Future in particular. My father taught at the Back to the Future high school in Whittier and I went back a couple months ago. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
It's so great knowing that this Burger King is still around, but I do really miss the old exterior (and interior) designs from the 80s and 90s. I also agree with you on BTTF part 1 being the best, though I really enjoy the whole trilogy. All three movies bring back so much nostalgia and great memories of seeing them with my step dad when I was little. I'm so glad there won't be any remakes, reboots, or sequels any time soon! Some movies and franchises are better left as they are, and the BTTF series is one of those.
i recently re watched some of your earlier videos and its so funny how much your voice has changed in the years that you been doing this even as a grown man haha keep up the great work love this series
Now I know what movie I'll be watching tonight 😄 Thanks for the tour and for taking us down memory lane. 👍🏻🤗 And yes......the Whopper WAS bigger 😁. Really enjoying these videos 😊. OH!! And I liked the third movie also 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🌸
Sooooo... just going to say it. I hope everyone can appreciate this "series" by Adam. I may be partial because of well.. food. But over a month of food AND information? Yes Please. Thank you Adam for all of this GREAT and informative content. #respect

The Woo! I finally subscribed to your channel! Good stuff. Got to tell ya, today is my first day of a 10 day Master Cleanse... and your food trips are very tempting and teasing me right now. Nonetheless, love the content! Thanks
Adam, you're probably not quite old enough to remember this, but Burger King single-handedly sparked a change in all of our fast food expectations in 1974. Prior to 1974, most people really didn't consider that they had a right to ask for additions, deletions, or substitutions on their fast food burgers. We all just pretty much ordered the burger, and it was made a particular way. That was the idea behind the franchise--you could expect to get the same product from any establishment with the same name. McDonalds, for instance, created a jingle to let everyone know just what they could expect to get when they ordered the Big Mac; "Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun." When you got home with your food, mom might take off the onions or wipe the ketchup off the bun--if you were lucky--but you otherwise ate it and were likely told you liked it like that. In 1974, Burger King told customers they could make changes; "Hold the pickles; hold the lettuce. Special orders don't upset us. All we ask is that you let us serve it your way..." That changed peoples' expectations for ever. It also changed their behavior, and people asked other establishments to make changes. I remember that not going very well early on. Some places would rudely remind you that "this isn't Burger King!" Others would flat out tell you to go to Burger King--and that's just what people began to do! To compete, these other establishments had to change their operations to smoothly accept special orders. Today, most people have no idea that true burger freedom came from "The King" like some modern day Burger Magna Carta. My first special order came from a Burger King establishment that no longer exists (I don't think). Science now tells us that memories change with each recall. Therefore, I may not be correctly recalling where the establishment was, but it was near the railroad tracks separating Long Beach and Lakewood, CA on Candlewood Street. It may be where Mama Mia's Pizza is (to the east of the tracks) or where El Pollo Chicken is (to the west)--but I just can't be certain. I remember that the employees wore these funny, tall, felt, multicolored hats and they spoke into large microphones attached to the counter to communicate your order to the folks in the kitchen. It was very liberating to ask for something special back then. We all see it as an entitlement today though--and we have Burger King to thank for it. Thanks, Adam. This series of videos has been providing me with many fond memories!
36 days of this is what we are dealing with! Loving these food vlogs ATW.
Thank you

Adam you should go to a Shakey's Pizza there are not that many left
Yeah Shakey’s!
There are still several in SoCal. The first one was in Sacramento and is no longer around. Gotta love those Mojo Potatoes...
There's one in Hollywood and one in La Brea
I haven’t been to Shakey’s in 30 years. That would be awesome to see one again.
