If this happens DO NOT turn on the controller. DO take out any disc and insert again. Then unplug the ps4 and wait 15 secs the plug it back in. Your welcome. This has happened to me 3 times and the first time I had to factory reset my ps4 but the 2nd time I found out how to fix it quicker.
