you will get an extension of 11 weeks of peuc plus the 300 boost.. if you on feded but started as peuc then you are eligible... but if you are on regular ui and exhausted your feded theres no feded but you get 300 boost and a peuc of 11 weeks on the other hand..

Certified for week ending in 1/2nd/21 as I've done with previous weeks and it says "there's no monetarily eligible benefits for this week"...Does this mean no more unemployment for state benefits or what? It still says 14 weeks remaining on the pua portal...but no mention of anything for 2021
@@mbrady3979 if you are on PUA you should get another 11 weeks plus 300 boost.. it was approved and signed into law so you will get a benefits either way. both PUA and PEUC both gets you 11 weeks plus additional $300 that last till march 14 or april 14. if you go to homepage of your edd website does it say something like "comeback on 01/06/21 to certify." if not check your inbox. i have recieved a mail on edds inbox that asking me to file like a tax return i think its form 1099 or somethin.
@@driftinxer The site allowed me to certify but instead of the "payment processing" status it says "no benefits this week". Not sure if the state is still working on updating the website, but I was still able to certify for last week. As for the 1099 info....do you mean the income verification? I did submit that before deadline last week.
@@mbrady3979 if they let you certify they should have it ready in a day or two. its like certifying on saturday midnight and recieving it by sunday midnight. i myself usually dont check the payments because sometimes the payments i have recieved sometimes shows me the one i been getting weeks ago.. so i never check payments because it takes awhile so the way i check it is i call the bank of america on phone to check my balance after i certify after 24 hours.. the form i was talkin about is the form of me filing a tax. i never did the employment verification letter. hope this helps sorry was busy yesterday :)

I have an important question.. tried asking different people & nobody replied back to me maybe somebody can help me.. 🙏 I’m in California...My regular UI 26 weeks unemployment got exhausted.. but I’m still on my benefit year!! it’s started last week of May and ended nov 22 & I didn’t get PEUC w/c I thought is automatic , & it’ll be ending soon.. I tried contacting EDD but maybe they’re overwhelmed due to high volumes of calls & emails...Do I just hv to wait..?will it be retroactive from nov 22 til dec when it ends? Or do I hv to apply for fed ED? What do I do,? Thank you and stay safe everyone...

My PEUC funds ends 12/13/20. How soon will I know if I qualify for FED ED extension?
You should of got a text message from the EDD saying a Fed Ed extension was filed for you. Mine ended the same day.

You can open a new claim, there is no 2nd Fed Ed extension. But you can open a new claim, like I said..and apply for PUA.
