Transformers Rivals 2 is a direct sequel to Transformers Rivals. It is a series that is set after the Age of Extinction, but using an Alternate timeline (ignoring the Last Knight movie). This time I developed more of a story for this short series. Rivals is projected to have 4 episodes which will ultimately wrap the Movie universe into my Vector Sigma Series.
Rivals 2 synopsis:
The Autobots continue to hunt down the few remaining Decepticons after the events of AOE. With their new allies, the Dinobots, the Decepticons are scattered. Megatron is obsessed with his rival, Optimus Prime and continue to taunt him, leaving most of the other Decepticons to fend for themselves. But then something very unexpected happens... Lockdown returns! How is he alive? What is his master plan? What will this mean for the Autobots? Find out in Rivals 2, 3, and 4!

Watching it at 1.5 makes the transformations look real and the voices only get a little higher pitch but it’s worth it

Wow. Thanks! Think of this as an alternate TF5. Not because of some of the issues with TF5, but simply that Rivals 1 was planned and being made before TF5 came out and this is a sequel to that.

This is so cool love the work love the camera angles the movement (which they move smoothly done) love the figures used in the stop motion. Amazing voices for everyone. But for real after what 2 years a cliffhanger. But it was great nonetheless

amazing cinematography... unlike many other stop motion videos on TH-cam , you have kept the camera on a fixed position and also changed the positions of limbs and figures gradually which gave an extremely smooth motion... amazing chap !!! well done
I also use some computer controlled camera mounts for some of the camera movements. But yes, a stable camera is a critical component.
Right... many of them don't understand the necessity of stable camera...

Yeah. Now I need to decide which to focus on, Vector Sigma 3 or Rivals 3. Rivals 3 I’m farther on the preproduction and have most of the sets and figures I need already.
try working on shooting rivals and preproduction for vector sigma once your done with preproduction try shooting some things for vector sigma and finish rivals
Not a bad plan. Basically shoot them both at the same time so it won’t take so long to release and finish Vector Sigma 3 after Rivals 3 is released.
