It could be no. of rounds or a fixed time 5 min or any other amt of time. It could be no.of reps also. Just breaking it into bite-size. More than that we are not used to (euphemistically) chewing. 5 min rule works in many contexts.

At some point, it even started to pull me off. So I've quit on setting goals and trying to attain them. I'll use these techniques.
