If you are a polimi student you have to send an email to the polimi recognized caf office with all your documents inc translations of all. Then after few days you'll receive your isee value according to your income. With that it will reflect on your online polimi portal. Then do as i explained in the video
As per the university guidelines there is no place mentioned near montova. Maybe you should contact the international admission office and raise a ticket regarding your concern.

You can only apply any kind of scholarship after securing your admission in the respective university
