I also know that I must be serious about this process, overriding any excuses that may come into my thought processes. And they often do. I am determined, I am capable, and I’m beginning first thing in the morning as I begin to become conscience of the new day. The Word guides us and the Holy Spirit speaks to us but we also need to do our part. There are a wealth of things we can accomplish by enrolling ourselves into useful self-help projects for positive transformation, especially if we find ourselves caught in a rut.Thinking of this may not feel comfortable for some or it may feel too taxing for other’s, but he who is determined will find that he is more than capable once he truly puts his mind to it. God gave me a good and sound mind and I believe he wants me to use it wisely. This transformation is something I have needed for quite some time. I don’t want to waste anymore time lagging behind. I’m done with procrastinating. I desire to accomplish more and to feel better doing it. I resonate 100% with this video.

Bingo. You nailed it. As good as the information is, yes, it appears to be camping on CS Lewis's name in order to promote this message, as positive as these messages are, and quite spiritual.
