That is normal hormones in the system at that age. Have Mikey refrain from sugar, seed oils, processed foods, and excess carbs. Couple that with vigorous exercise and gentle face wash a few times per week. The kid will be just fine. The body will level itself out in time and the acne will ease. (Also no picking whatsoever, no need to introduce more bacteria from the nails and hands) Bless
