😂 these are my programs and I still find this insanely satisfying to watch!
Even more satisfying when you’re the creator! Great work
nice porn :D
This is really high end cnc work, if you guys could see the factory that work in you'd probably have a heart attack lol. I'm 27 years old and we have production machines older than me, they look about twice my age though because they are so poorly maintained.
true
@@DeeSea3 my dads shop was like that. Machines from the 60’s and kitty litter all over the floor. Learn everything you can there and move on.
Great overall video and the editor knocked the intro music with video editing out of the park. Outstanding 💪
I actually used that steady rest idea at my work for a shaft that I needed to put keyways, flats, and bolt hole patterns in. Only I’m doing it in a 4rth axis vertical mill, using my vise with a milled block to support the part while I mill the long flat. The part is 55inches long 2.5in OD 1.75in Bored ID tubing with a flat that’s .187 deep and 48in long. That flat has a surface finish call out of 22-62. They specifically told us it can’t be too perfect. They want the “imperfections” to help create friction to the mating part
Nice dude!
*1:19** If you're a dyed in the wool machinist, this is how you feel watching this Swiss machine work.*
Very impressed ❤
Thanks!
Plunge cut it Titans deserve 1mill subs
Brilliant
What does it mean for the tool when hitting blue chips? Does it kill tool quickly?
Unexpected machine Work
Quá giỏi❤❤❤
love working with brass 😊
From around 0:17 to 0:21, somethin' lookin' a wee bit wobbly
Swiss machines, the lathe with a coke addiction
Krazeeee Im not an engineer but this is beautiful
I was sitting here like oh man he gonna have to do like 4 passes
The old (pre-CNC) Swiss automatics were amazing, but nowhere close to these marvels of precision.
Aliens!
Impressive! How small is that micro-drill that we see in this video at 1'?
It is a .008” (.2mm) drill
Do you guys give quotes for jobs? I’m trying to build an enigma rotor,
