To God be the glory. I would have loved to know it when I was young like you. I understood that the Lord wanted us to be natural at possible at 42 years old. I grew up getting so much compliments about my body, i hated it. I felt like thats the only thing people can see about me. I even hated it more if a guy is interested in me and mentions my body being beautiful, I would immediately reject him . I love dressing in a way that doesn’t reveal my body structure, i love natural makeup because I don’t want people to be drawn to my body or my outward appearance but rather to be drawn to who i am .

Reserve the extremely log dresses to pregnancy and older age or once in a while. You are young and beautiful. You can rocks elegant fitting decent clothes. Just looking out for a Christian sister. From a christian point of view, biblically, christians shouldn't dress primarily to feel good about themselves. To be a true Christian is live for Christ and not for oneself. To be a Christian is to deny oneself, take up one's cross and follow Christ. To be a Christian is to allow the Holy Spirit dictate one's lifestyle including the way one dresses. As a Christian, to dress in a certain way primarily because it makes one feel good is tantamount to saying that one owns one's life and to saying that Galatians 2:20 is null and avoid and doesn't apply to one. (I have been crucifies with Christ, it is no longer I who lives but Christ who lives in me. The life I live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me) If we say we are Christians then our lives no longer belong to us and so we cannot dress in a certain way primarily because it makes us feel good.

People were always complaining i was soo skinny, i use to cry a lot and restraint from wearing certain clothes, moving out much but when i found out that my skinny self was been appreciated by another set of people after i left my region i started thinking shiuld i actually live my life to please people??
