I always listen to the letters segment. I love listening to others thoughts and suggestions, which are usually very insightful. How else can we hear what is happening for average, everyday people, who otherwise would never get heard?
Please don't stop reading the letters. They're interesting in their own right. Missing persons segments , while interesting, are always heartbreaking.

I consider myself a mountain guy,, trained in bushcraft and survival, with military and law enforcement certificates. If I was 80 years old, on my " way out ", I couldn't think of a better way to go..than ONE LAST MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE. I believe this man knew exactly what he wanted to find on that mountain, and he wasn't lost at all

Well I personally really love the letters segment so I hope that you don’t stop doing them entirely. I’d rather see two different segments than to not hears letters at all. I always watch a video all the way through even if I have to stop it to take care of choring or run an errand, I come back and finish it. TH-cam is very good with saving my place so they should be tracking that I finish it 😂

Just chiming in to let you know that I love to hear the letters, as well as the cases on missing people. The letters are important, because it gives a place for those who have had an experience. It reminds us that things aren’t always what they may seem to be. Each letter with an account, in my humble opinion, is important because it adds details to all of the unexplained that is going on. It’s amazing to hear that odd things are happening to most people… and that’s just the people who are willing to come forward with their odd happenings. It is all very important information. Great job shedding awareness on all the topics that you touch on.
Whether it's the letters, your Skinwalker reviews, factual news, sharing your thoughts about Ben and just about ANYTHING you present, Dave, I'm there, listening all the way from start to finish. Dave said “suck it up buttercup”. Well, one of my dogs is named Princess Buttercup after the movie, and when Dave said that she came, looking to find out who called her name. It was pretty adorable. My dogs also like to answer Huck’s barks with a bark of their own.
I am an archaeologist at the University of Missouri and we have a lot of students who travel all over the world to conduct archaeological research. Hopefully we will never have a student go missing, but it does weigh on my mind. I am taking notes. Excellent information. Thank you. I hope Patricia is found soon. There are free youtube ad blockers, but they only work if you watch it through a browser, not the app, I haven't watched an advert in years.
I use Brave Browser, it works in both PC, MAC, iPhone, however you have to use youtube in the browser, not youtube app.

I lost my first effort at commenting I LOVE the viewers letters. Nothing from this realm has happened to me so I live vicariously through the letters. If you do split them into two segments I will watch them both probably the day of the second release. I am recovering from total knee replacement and watch your videos while I am doing my at home physical therapy. Keeps my mind off my misery. Thank you for that and all you do. Lynda in California

I used to live in the western suburbs of Tokyo. One of the creepiest places I ever visited was the town of Ome (also spelled Oume). My daughter ran several cross country trails there for school, and my son and I would go to watch. Every time I went there, it was overcast, even though it was sunny all around it. The energy there was foreboding. My son and I would be on a trail, and we’d hear weird noises, and look up into the trees and see little sprite like beings. I’m telling you the go’s honest truth. They looked like the forest beings out of a ghibli movie. There are some weird ancient things in Japan, and this one freaked me out. Many unsettled spirits.
Speaking for myself, I love the letters. I hope you keep getting them and reading them.

Thunderstorms for me as well today, except completely stuck in bed all day from the head pressure as if it was a hurricane, and super loud thunder. My dreams were plentiful.
That forest is one of the places I want to visit because it's next to the ninja hometowns. Between the wars and deep spiritual meditation practices developed there, I figured there would be something in those woods, but I didn't think it would be a Missing 411 type of area. I feel like I would be safer at Skinwalker Ranch than I would be in the Japanese countryside.
I love the format you’ve been using with the viewers letters then a missing person case. Some of those letters are very intriguing and helped me to develop my understanding of this strange world. Don’t give in to the shallow souls. Love you Dave

I don't watch the mainstream news so I just learnt about this case. I'm in JP and speak Japanese. Kumano Kodoh is a popular, old pilgrimage site like 'Camino de Santiago de Compostela and is a network of several routes. Initially it was set up as a Shinto training site. I myself have never been to the region, but prior to Kumano Kodoh, Patricia walked a pilgrimage route in Shikoku so I assume she is into that kind of stuff. I just ran search in Japanese. Her case was even on the mainstream news. So far no development. It doesn't seem unusual to end the search at 72 hours in JP - the threshold time could be extended to 1 wk tho.
On the day she went missing It transpires that a member of the staff of her Inn sent her off at the entrance of the path. On 13 May one Japanese hiker took the same route and concluded on his blog he wasn't able to identify any potentially accident prone location tho it's on steep slopes and can cause a fall. (Last year one Japanese gentleman in a hiking group fell 50 meters down and died. An Aussie national also had a fall and died in 2019). He also commented he understood she was of Taiwanese origin and could read Chinese characters used in Japanese signs when she would come to a split point. (I would also think so. Straight forward, to the left sign). Surrounded by dense forests, the area is a habitat of Asiatic black bears. The hiker thinks it would be difficult to operate a drone. Cell phone signal reception seems poor there (e.g. GPS). They are looking for three trail runners who might have seen her on that morning.
Just in case, I looked into paranormal activities in Kumano Kodoh. Not that many modern ones. But it seems like it's on a leyline.
When an incident like this happens, Japanese people would say she was spirited away.
And unfortunately we have had a few shooting incidents lately. Crime on the rise.

Dave, Unlike your previous videos with the "Letters and Missing" combined, I have linked the "Missing" video to my Facebook account. The primary reason I have not linked the combined "Letter and Missing" video is that I know the letters would turn numerous friends off, however, they would watch a video about the Missing. Likewise, there are some friends who will watch the letters video and not the missing person video. I hope this feed-back helps...

There are no average viewers Dave, each is special in their own way. The subject matter is fascinating to me. I have solo camped near Algonquin Park in Ontario and have had an experience where I felt a high degree of ‘strangeness’ and didn’t venture further. I have experienced a time dilation driving home and arriving too early without speeding. Strange feeling. I enjoy the letters, Skinwalker, Bigfoot and UFO episodes. I have had a missing time event when I was five. Still don’t understand how a whole day evaporated while returning from Sunday School and taking a shortcut home through the creek in London ON around 1955.
Mike, A group of 5 guys and I, spent a wonderful week portaging and camping in a remote part of Algonquin in the summer of 1978. We all were students at the University of Georgia (united states), but two of the guys were from Buffalo and knew the area well. One of the best and most beautiful vacations I've ever taken. Still think about it.

What I've noticed Dave is, that after watching many videos from many different channels I'm subscribed to, the videos I watch completely, and I know I watched it to the very end...I check back later after logging out, then logging back in again, and low and behold, the video only shows that I've watched fifty percent of the video. Yeah.
I've noticed a few other differences in your video's from a year ago to now is Your channel only seems to get a percentage of likes per views. It's like there is a cap to how many likes you recieve. I've noticed the same on other youtube channels. TH-cams pulling some sneaky stuff.

I have to tell you Dave,that I commented on a segment from your Missing 411 The U.F.O. Connection about being from the Longview/Kelso area out of Cowlitz County, Wa. Well 9 mos ago I moved to Auburn, Wa.which is roughly around 50-60 maybe even 70 miles away from Mt. Ranier. I have to say that on a clear day ( which is almost every day for the last couple weeks now) you can see the mountain so undeniably very clear
Its so beautiful. But, truthfully Dave when i look at it the very first thing that comes to mind EVERY time is Bigfoot. I dont know why but I just do.I believe it would be the perfect place for them to live. And that there are some in that area. I without a doubt believe that. It would be very hard to have to have a loved one missing here in the USA let alone a foreign country. I wonder if they would give you more info on the investigation if they had any than what they do here.

Sometimes I think the letters won't be so interesting but then at least one is! The other day they seemed grouped together on a similar topic. I really appreciated that one.
TH-cam has been irritating to a number of channels. It irritates me as a viewer.
You have quality work which deserves compensation.
I liked the classes you presented. It was nice they were separate.
I look at many views of the same topic. Some channels seem critical of your work. But it doesn't deter me from continuing to watch your videos.

Thank you for all you do and have done. I like both the letters and the missing persons cases. I think it is a good idea to split them up though. I find listening to a 1/2 hour segment easier than an hour segment. So often I get interrupted by other requirements ( usually family), so catching a half hour program fits in better with my life these days. Both aspects are really informative. It may just be the way my brain works as well, but I think I may be able to focus better on the one topic at a time as well. The letters have tremendous depth to them often times and I really like to ponder the info in them without being drawn off into the disappearances immediately after. Splitting the focus times may make it easier to contemplate better. We’ll see. Either way, I hope that you will keep sharing both the letters and the disappearances as well as all the other segments that you share. I’ve learned a tremendous amount from your programs and enjoy being a part of the ‘village’ knowing that there is a large body of us learning similar things and having a central forum to share on related topics. Thank you for providing this medium and making it available to us all.

Letters are so interesting. My sister says attention span sometimes being short, or distractions in the home, may explain why the 30 minute videos are either preferred or why you get payed for them in total ??? This TH-cam stuff is so confusing, business...money... Thank you David for all your hard work, but more importantly, for getting the word out and educating the public. Please hug Huck for me :)
