Honestly, nothing has helped me to get to my feminine energy more than becoming religious over the past year. I learned to stop controlling everything because I have my worries to God and had faith in Him to help me. Since then, surrendering that control to God has helped me to be a happier person. And you know who that has also helped? My husband. Our relationship has been so much better because of all of this. Thank you for your videos! They have been a huge help too with looking at myself and areas that I could change to be better.

First: I needed this video like I need my next breath. It was right on time for me. Thank you.
Next: the aesthetic of your video is such a vibe. I see every little thing in the background that suggests elegance, ease, and abundance. The cutesy but somehow also classy pop-ups are now stuck in my mind, with all the key points of this video. And you are so easy to understand and follow that I feel like I’m just sitting on the bed with my best friend talking about life. So-whatever program you use for your videos, if you are doing your own editing or hiring it out, whatever it is-it’s good. It’s really really good. Thank you, Jillz. 💖

"Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it." - Bruce Lee
Maybe it's from being a water sign astrologically, but letting go of control and going with the flow is usually really easy for me.
At the same time though, I have a stubbon streak and have been compared to a mule when it's something I really want done.
Pick your battles. It is what it is. And my personal favorite... Micro-managing everything leads to stress. Stress causes wrinkles. Is it really worth a wrinkle? No!

I'm a big believer in looking at patterns in my life and trying to determine the underlying root causes of these patterns. Your video today Jillz helped me remember some things that brought an epiphany for me.
Whenever I get really anxious (usually when I feel my life is starting to get out of control) I start focusing more on cleaning, organizing, and throwing out excess stuff as a way to "order" my external environment. This frantic need to put things in their place always comes at times when I am excessively worried about many things in my life.
Your video really helped me see that I need to calm my central nervous system first before trying to "fix" what is wrong in my environment. Thank you so much! You are definitely a Godly gift to us all. The Bible says "Wisdom comes from God!" So I think you are a spiritual light in this world! Thank you!

Well Liz,being raised by a single mom this is how you view life😢:needing controll bc you are the only breadwinner. And if you can't provide you cant feel safe. So you can't be in your feminine energy. My mom is one and was her kid:And I had a very. Very feminine energy even as a kid. But growing up and we are both trying to make ends meet I'm slowly becoming like her😢.My body holds so much tension I barely sleep. My muscles twitch. I remember when I once was a very creative kid and teenager, music singing dancing and painting. And the worst is that all this has been ingrained in my by my mom, that :Life is cruel. Nobody helps you. You have to work hard to barely make a living. That rich people didn't work but inherited their money. That rich men don't fall for girls like me bc im poor. That people won't ever value my talents (artistic)because I'm poor and don't have the artistic background. I'm 29 and nowhere In life. I need to be my own anchor and get out of this rut that my mom thrives in yet at the same time I need healing and a slow life. Seems like I can't have both bc I need financial stability so bad. I see everything as a threat or as disappointment 😞. I have seen this in myself and I promise to try to change all this by myself😢😅🎉

Don't believe everything is your fault or job. The problems you face should be considered collective issues. I know many think collective approach is " communist" but I think this the right approach. Where I live single mothers get double paid maternity leave. These are the kind of things we need to think about as a society. If we then as individuals want to work on " feeling feminine" that is fine ( I am watching this after all). But the challenges you face can not be just your business.

Releasing control matters a lot and absolutely, our controlling parts do stem from the lack of a felt sense of safety, but for many women, particularly those who have experienced trauma or a traumatic childhood, it's not as simple as "choosing" to let go because these experiences live in the body and the nervous system, not the mind. I actually think this message to "let go" can be harmful in some cases (and certainly was for me), because if letting go doesn't come easily, as easily as simply choosing, you can feel like there's something wrong with you. You can feel like you're a controlling b*tch, or whatever expletive you want to insert (AKA the worst and most undesirable thing a woman can be). And if you don't understand where the controlling parts come from, well, then you can feel crazy if "choosing" to let go doesn't work, or only works so far. I'd recommend looking at science-backed approaches to healing via attachment styles//patterns alongside lifestyle changes and adopting positive mindsets like the divider concept. Psychotherapist Jessica Baum's book Anxiously Attached is especially good for healing control and understanding why you might control in the first place.

How can I be in my feminine energy if I am surrounded by toxic people? I cannot be away from them because I am still dependent on them.

I feel you, I've been there when I was younger. The only thing that worked for me was trying to drown the noise around me, stop trying to make toxic people change, and just focus on myself. What can I do to better myself in order to be able to leave this situation as soon as possible? I know it's easier said than done but I promise when you make it happen, it feels liberating

Hi Jillz! Love your videos. I suggest a subject for a new video: how to identify when a cicle ended? In normal life, not only in toxic environments.

Hello Jillz, thanks for the video
Could you make a video about how to balance masculine and feminine energy as a female ?

Thank you for all the advice. I’m stressed because I don’t have friends, and even my husband makes me feel lonely. How can I start gaining self-esteem? It’s affecting me deeply.

Love this but struggling to apply it as a mother to little kids! Mother’s do almost everything for their kids and homes and if they don’t it won’t get done…kids won’t be fed, drop offs won’t be done, clothes won’t be cleaned etc…the job requires control. Is there a different perspective on this to help me bring my feminine energy to motherhood?
