    다만세 꼭 필요했는데ㅠ
    아무리 찾아봐도 제가 보고 따라하기 편한 다만세 커버 댄스는 없더라고요ㅠ
    어떤건 화질도 좋고 거울모든데 사람이 너무 작게 나와서 제대로 못 따라하고,어떤건 사람이 크게 나오고 화질 좋고 거울 모든데 중간을 잘라서 나오고ㅠ
    이건 사람도 크게 나오고 화질 괜찮고 짤려서 나오지 않고 좋네요!다만 안무가 조금 달라서 다만세 그 춤을 그대로 출 수 있는건 아니지만 안무 바꿔서 추는게 이 채널의 ㅇ매력이니 이해합니당ㅎㅎ낼부터 열심히 따라할게요!

    와 님들아 이거 1.25배속으로 해보세요 효과 더 지림 저 다이어트 1일차인데 헬스장 가기 귀찮아서 이거 빠른배속으로 한시간 좀 넘게 하고 식단도 샐러드만 먹었더니 하루에 1키로 빠짐 사랑해요 진짜 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 제 생명의 은인이심 지루하지도 않고 재밌어요😆

    하루에 다만세를10번정도일주일동안 췄더니6kg정도가빠졌어요😁
    식단관리는할줄몰라서그냥아침점심은먹고저녁은6시이후에는안먹었어요너무배가고프면4시정도에삶은계란2~3개정도먹었어요 아침은제가먹고싶은걸먹었고점심은평소에먹는밥에반절만먹었어요짜거나매운음식은피했어요탄산도안마시고물도하루에1L이상은마셨어요앞으로도이렇게계속할생각이에요나중에떠빠지게되면후기남길게요!!!감사합니다😀😀

      @@몽몽-r4i 정확히는일주일하고3일동안해서저정도가빠졌어요 원래운동을안하다가하니까엄청잘빠지더라고요지금은10번은아니고6번정도추고있어요 아침먹기전에1번먹고나서1번점심먹기전에1번먹고나서1번이런식으로저녁에도그렇게하고요

    다만세 제목보자마자 소리질렀어요 ㅠㅠ 안무를 알고있지만 오래추면 체형잡는덴 안좋더라구요... 꺄 넘 좋아요

    I'm going to do it everyday for a couple of weeks (or more) and I will update this comment with results~
    1st day: I made some mistakes but, I guess, it's not a big deal.
    2nd day: Finally memorized all moves. Now I'm trying to improve them (I am not a good dancer but I have to do it properly).
    3rd day: Getting used to the exercise!
    4th day: Improved my moves~
    5th day: Suddenly it got harder to do all dance properly but I'll do my best!
    6th day: It's really funny to dance this exercise, I like it so much!
    Okay, I am back again with all exams passed (finally!). So, I'm going to keep doing this exercise and give some feedback!

      Not sure about results (I stopped dieting) but I don't gain weight doing this work out and eating almost whatever I want. I guess I can call this some kind of results, can't I?

    하루 10번 참 쉬워보이는데
    4번째부터 힘듭니다 일하고온 후 하기가 무섭네요
    저같은 몸치는 완전 허우적허우적 거립니다
    처음엔 부끄럽고 내의지대로 움직이지 않는 몸뚱이가 참.... 그럴수록 동작을 더 크게 하시고 엇박이나 허우적이든 크게크게 하시면 처음보단 그럴듯하게 느껴집니다 진짜 도움 많이 될거같아요 덕분에 물도 많이 마시고 식단조절도 해보고 건강생각해서 체중감량 해봐야겠어요

    오늘 처음 도전해서 5번만 하려고 했는데, 26갤 아들램이 계속 더 하라고 해서 13번은 한 거 같아요 ㄷㄷ 땀 범벅됐네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하루에 10번씩 한 달 도전하고 후기 남기겠습니다~!!

    다이어트 해서 18kg정도 빠졌는데, 요요로 슬금슬금 올라가더라구요ㅠㅜ 그래서 지금 다시 +4kg가 되었지만 다시 내려보려고 운동을 찾다가 운동은 진짜 의지박약이라서 씬나게 춤춰볼라구 도전하려구요!!

    여러분....제경험담입니다. 프듀48 내꺼야 1.72 배속인가 1.5배속으로 1주일 매일 꾸준히 5번 추면... 5~7키로 빠져요...ㅎㄷㄷ... 제가 장기자랑 때메 외워서 연습할때 하는데...엄청 힘든데 살은 진짜 많이빠져요.. 하지만 꾸준히 안하면 요요현상와용

    바믜님 계속 볼수록 학교 담임쌤 닮았다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이제 담임 바뀌겠지만 처음에 왜 저기에 울반쌤이 있지했는데 아닌데 이카다가 자세히 보다가 걍 닮은걸로 해야될꺼 같은데 근데 너무 궁금하다 ㅎㅎㅎ
