Selena is very nice genuinely but so is Hailey. The thing is, Selena has very toxic and hateful fans and she has to correct and fuss her own fans too often because of their behavior and mistreatment of Hailey. Selena was clearly hurt and bothered by Justin moving on so fast after they split up (but I mean he knew Hailey as a good friend before Selena so that is why it went quick and he was already certain) her fans try to act like Justin still wants Selena but the reality they can't accept is that he was the one to leave her behind and she even wrote a song with lyrics along the lines of "2 months and you replaced us like it was easy" she was hurt and her fans loathe him for it and loathe Hailey even more..because Selena's fans are obsessed with her and so they hate Hailey for being a sort of "other woman." They hate that Hailey is younger, thinner and has probably the most perfect complexion ever because they see Hailey as if she is Selena's personal competition. They attack and made Hailey cry in public and Justin tries so hard to defend her and support her and it is just sad and pathetic at this point. Sure, Selena was hurt but it wasn't like he cheated on her, he simply moved on and years have passed. Selena doesn't want him anymore and I'm sure she is happy for him that he is happily married now to a woman who can always be there to support him with his mental health issues.
