Unnecessary songs and bad climax. I know there is a meaning behind the climax but it is very lame with no payoff. Arti character is unnecessary, you can see he wrote that character because of his attachment with Arti than story itself. Basically she comes with a magic wand, cheap landlord agrees to pay her for story and she does CID work!
