Why are generalizing this ki 'laa sakte ho' . INDIA me rights naam ki koi cheej hai ki nahi? Local gunde rokte hain bikes naaki governement warna India me kahi bhi kisi bhi gaadi me ghoomne ka haq hai Indians ko.
Bilkul sahi kaha bhai but ye rule Leh govt ne hi lagu kiya hai. Chek post par Leh police hi rok leti hai.

Brother when you will reach Leh, then you have to rent a bike from Leh to explore pleaces inside Leh Ladakh territory, then back to Leh and continue towards Srinagar

If you are travelling by air, just fly till Leh city then rent a bike of JK10 number plate. Then you can easily explore Ladakh without any problem.

Only JK 10 No. Plate bike are allowed to travel further in Leh. Others not

You can travel till Leh city but then you have to rent vehicle form Leh to explore nearby places.
