I haven't played Danganronpa but I love this so much. Also, I love how this replaced Kuma with Monokuma, Makoto with Makoto, and a character voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch by another one voiced by him. EDIT: I finished Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc a few days ago. I really enjoyed it and I'm planning to play the other games, too! EDIT TWO: I played DR2 and V3 a while back, and want to watch an UDG playthrough. I loved them so much! My favorite is V3, without a doubt.

Or even if you just like persona in general (and it’s your profile picture and what you said I presume you do lol) it’s also really good. Edit:) in my opinion as a fan of both, Danganronpa has more “polished” looks and more trials to play through. But I think Your Turn to Die has better dynamic characters/character developments and more emotional moments because of that. (Your Turn to Die can be pretty mentally taxing though because of this so that is a warning, I wouldn’t suggest playing it all in one go. Plus it’s free online!)

If we were going by VAs, the P3 Makoto should've been replaced by Togami, because same Japanese VA. (However, I don't really know anybody who's played the games with Japanese audio!)

I mean, by your logic, Komaeda is also a terrible character, and so is Twogami. Calling a character terrible just cause you don't like them is really stupid. It's why people call Yukari terrible. She's not. The fact of the matter is, these are all very well-written characters who deserve more credit than the fandom gives them. I expected better from someone with a Junpei pfp.
