    Hey! Just a little tip, you should make sure your hair is soaking wet, dripping with water before shampooing and conditioning your hair. When your hair is fully saturated with water(dripping wet or weighed down by water) before shampooing it will lather better. Also with the conditioner do the same thing and detangle with a detangling brush, and if the conditioner doesn't turn into a creamy lather had more water to your hair while the conditioner is in it. Also emulsify the products in your hands before apply. A lot of times we think products may not work for us, but it's all about technique. Oh! and one more tips smooth the shampoo down the whole hair shaft for a better cleanse, which allows the following products penetrate your hair better. And when its comes to the conditioner smooth it in first to evenly distribute it before detangling and adding more water.

      Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely try saturating my hair before shampooing and conditioning. Technique really does make a difference!

    I used the Hydo line and my hair was soft and moisturized! I did use the hair masque after the regular conditioner and my curls were soft and popping! The leave in mist was amazing and gave my hair that extra shine… Will use the overnight leave in tonight… Different products work different on everyone’s hair… What works on my hair never works on my daughter’s… 🤷🏽‍♀️… Thanks for your review!

    Good informational video. I understand your plight. I can’t wait to see what the last product does.

    Thank you for the honest review. I have severely dry hair from living in southern Nevada and was going to splurge on this product but I’m glad I came to YT first!

      Hi! My hair is quite manageable and typically receives products very well. So when this was a big fail I was positive it just wasn’t for natural hair.

    Thanks for this video. Maya from the Doux has really helped me to see the value in following instructions on hair care products to a "t". I, like you have ready many a directions that had me feeling confused, but after reading and following directions on her products, I realized they are written for a reason. For the hydrating leave-in, sounds like you needed to leave in overnight before styling the next day. Simple. Thanks for the review. I am going to continue looking into this product.

      Hi!! Sorry my reply is so late. It's so frustrating not quite knowing how to use products. I'm sure you and I aren't the only ones. Speaking of the DOUX....oh my goodness those products are fantastic!!
      Thank you so much for taking time to comment and give that nugget of advise on using the leave-in. :)

    I was really hoping this would be wonderful for you. Your hair is amazing, so everything from this end will look fabulous. With that price point for travel sizes, you should be impressed with the results.

      I was hopeful, too. I hated to do it, but I returned it to Sephora. (it feels so awkward returning products I've used.)

    I completely agree with your view point! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I’ve recently done a review and demo also and came to this same result. These products are not the best us naturals can get for our money. I’m not popes to trying other things by them but so far what I’ve tried has missed the mark for my clients and I. Great and thorough review🤍

      Hi, thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment! I was so hopeful when I bought these, and for the price I just knew they’d work. In my opinion, not for naturals at all.

    I'll have to try this! I LOVE Amika products but I use the "Normcore" line bc I mostly wear wash & gos

      @NaturallyCorporate  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Marcy! Soooo, you might want to stick with the line you already have. :) That's just my 2 cents. But honestly, perhaps it just didn't work on MY hair. I'm not knocking the brand - they're popular for a reason. I'll look into the line you have. :)

    Did you clarify before? It can be hard for hydration to penetrate the strands with product buildup. I've also heard good things about their curlcorps gel.

      @@jazzsblife1227 I find that olaplex isn’t something to use regularly like maybe once a month. The only thing I use regularly is their oil because it’s a heat protectant. But as far as the shampoo and conditioner once a month is enough

    Youth blaming the products but your ends are frizz because u need a haircut! The dream overnight treatment is not a styler. It's a moisturizer and it did that from what I could see for ur hair.
