Well you don't actually choose LOL it comes randomly. But what effect you try to get depends on what characters you are using. Characters that are NAD based should use ATK effects, and SAD characters should use SP
What Yagami said bro! 30% attack, spiritual pressure are like the best rolls you can get. Alongside from that 30% focus or 40% stamina are decent too. But if you get 20% Spritual Pressure of Attack, that's also already decent to start with!
