I love this home. It's beautiful and the right size.
This is a cute one. At least the side door has a place to hang coats and a bench just inside, but there's none for the front door. The kitchen is totally inadequate, and you'd have to reduce the bedroom to a single to make room for a dining table so that the present one could become an island for food prep. The angled steps are tricky. The upstairs suite is very spacious, and I'd double the size of the bedroom window.
The big problem is the kitchen, so reconfiguring the downstairs is critical to making this plan work.
I like most of the details of the house. Among other things, the cupboard upstairs with all the storage space. The only thing I'm not happy with is the kitchen and its design. It seems very cramped. In a small house like this, the kitchen should be one of the highlights.)
It's a nice little house if you are running a BnB, but for actually living in I'd rather have a functional kitchen and a lot less entryway. I'd remove the small side door and swap it with double doors in the first floor bedroom to open up that space for an actual kitchen, as well as placing all of the appliances into that space with just a bank of cupboards/coffeebar by the table. A finished basement would add tons of space while keeping the footprint low. I say this as someone who has lived in a tiny home and cooks; trust me, the absolute lack of counter space and functionality in many of the kitchens I see in these homes would be a deal breaker. The cozy living room is a huge plus though, absolutely gorgeous and welcoming!
Simplement magnifique !!! J'adore 💕 beaucoup !!!💚💚💚💚
If you put a counter with a bar where the table is and moved the fridge to the wall where the oven is with the sink at the counter facing the living room I think this would work better. I don't like the fridge across the room. In such a small house I wouldn't need a dining room table.
Totally agree!!
Agree. Put an island instead of a table
Wonderful colors, lot of bedroom storage, but almost no work space in the kitchen.
Планировка комнат и мебели в домике очень понравилась! И сам фасад симпатичный! Сад чудесный❤
So beautiful and tastefully appointed. The upstairs retreat is great - the skylight puts it over the top. I’d put one in the bed room as well for symmetry and to compensate for the tiny window. The un-kitchen prevents this design from being totally practical for someone who likes to cook. Would be adequate for someone who eats out or uses boil in bag. Great sitting room and side entry drop zone.
When we were remodeling my kitchen we used a makeshift kitchen with microwave, electric skillet and rice cooker 😅 it worked just fine!
The second bath is nice. One of my favorites
Ein schönes kleines Tiny Haus 😍
The wooden house has an exquisite, luxurious design with full amenities. Thank you for sharing this house model for everyone to learn from. Best regards.
Sehe ich zum erstenmal, it`s beautiful!
So beautiful and charming. My dream home🤗❤
Really nicely done and love all the decor choices ❤ Kitchen is small but functional and would be perfect for my daughter who doesnt cook much.
Just no were near enough work tops in kitchen. But beautiful house
Love upstairs bathroom
Beautiful ❤❤❤
Thank you!! 😊
love everything! ❤❤❤🎉
Linda ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Pretty
Living room is a win, with the fireplace flanked by shelfing/storage, and the TV on the adjoining wall.
It is missing some kind of entry, with cupboards and coat hooks. Oops, the cupboard is at the other door. Great!
Love the eat in kitchen, no microwave over the stove. it's small, but it works. Fridge seems narrow, but for a small space that's fine.
I like the storage in the downstairs bedroom.
Not a fan of the stacking W/D. Space is small, so I get it, but it's not ideal.
Either I missed the pantry, or it wasn't there.
What was the space under the stairs used for?
Love the wall of cupboards upstairs.
Overall, very pretty. The soft greens and gold was very relaxing.
I like tubs combos
Not enough work space in the kichen.
Is this an actual house or simply a rendering? If it’s real, where is it……would like to see it! Thanks!
❤😀🙏
For My part I would be happy with the first floor & just have a one story house ( the extra space from not having the stairs would be enough space for My two gun safes )
I like this a lot but the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are not lined up. When it comes to what makes sense in construction, this would be a big (unnecessary) expense. Love everything else!
I would prefer a regular front door. I would feel as though I was living in a fishbowl.
How much would it be to have something like this built?
При входе даже зонтик повесить некуда, не говоря уже о плаще и пальто. И кушать у порога?

How can I get plans for this house?
where do you get plans?
There really should be solar panels on the roof
Fuego casa 5munuto
Why am I climbing half a flight of stairs to get into a house with no basement?
You are just sleeping in the bedrooms more living space is needed
Too many windows, also kitchen set up was kind of off.
This one just doesn’t do it for me. The kitchen area is totally inadequate. An upstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for guests but my son is 6’4” and would not fit into that attic type space. The living area is okay.
I gave up at the kitchen. It is a hopeless mess. It needs a rethink from start to finish. The entry is no better. Those pretentious double doors are impractical. The end of the sofa intrudes into the door opening, meaning that door will not open fully. The front room renders this a failing grade. There are no redeeming features at all.
Thats funny I gave up when I read your comment lol
Especially if you like your kitchen tools, no space
