So glad to have somehow chanced upon this video a day after submitting my Tsinghua application and thank you so much for documenting the process! :D If I may ask, do you still remember what happened during the integrative test/what was the whole thing about? i'd love to see a video about it

hello! im so sorry for the late reply, been busy with uni lately🥲 ummm when i took my integrative test, it was during the covid period so i took mine online. They will send u lists on what to prepare like materials and documents for the interview as well as the time, date and meeting ID number to enter the meeting room (voov application, it’s like a chinese version of zoom(?)). On that day, u will enter a total of 3 different meeting rooms being the waiting room(they will briefly check if u’ve brought everything they asked), the interview room and the document checking room. Don’t worry, they will re-direct u to those meeting rooms directly. During the interview, they will ask u to introduce yourself in both english and chinese and after that will continue asking you regarding your interest in the school, the program and questions related to your field of study. If i remember correctly, i was asked 1. why did i choose to come study in tsinghua? 2. why study architecture? 3. what courses did i took during my a-levels? 4. questions about my art portfolios i’ve submitted. After the interview is over, like i said before, u will be re-directed to the document checking room where they will check your documents thoroughly and i think that’s all hahahahhahaha 加油加油！
@@user-rf3mh7wn1r hahahahahahhaha there were lots of international schools in thailand but with Singaporean curriculum during primary school including having to take IPSLE exams were not so common in Thailand too hahahahhah i think currently only 2 schools(?) if im not wrong hahahahahha

Its just a normal personal statement, just like the personal statement u wrote for other school. I wrote mine in English, i’m not sure about the Graduate degrees but undergraduates are in english(?). I think u can find the requirements in the application page when u apply

Ummm hello, if i remember correctly it should be in one of the pages right? Or your desired program is not in one of those choices? Then maybe u can try emailing to tsinghua?
Thank you for the video, l wanted to ask you, that l am an international student and have not given an HSK so do l need to it before admission or l can even give it during my coursework in china after getting in?

yes there’s interview and if i remember correctly they didn’t asked for our a levels scores after i got accepted

Thank you for your video. Does tsinghua university want SAT exam results for undergraduate application or do I need to take another exam except hsk and ielts?
it’s not compulsory but it’s better to have it la hahahaha, might gave u a better chance of getting accepted(?) but if ur not confident with ur score then maybe not sending them “that” score would be best(?) hahahah😅

Thank you for the video. When applying, do you have to specify what you would like to undergrad in? Because I saw on Tsinghua's site that during the first year, students take general classes and select what they would like to major in afterwards.
yes they would ask u to choose the major u want to enroll in as well as ur 2nd choice just in case

I can’t remember exactly how long, I only remembered that the waiting was so long that i kinda forget about it by the time the email cane hahahahah around 2 months+(?)

at least HSK level 4 but recommended to take 5 and for IELTS is at least 6.5 but i'm sure u'll get higher la

hello!! umm so if i’m not wrong, all bachelor degrees will be taught in chinese while master and doctoral degrees are in english😊

@@ibrokhimsharipov2317when i took mine (online during covid) it was only an interview but i tried asking my seniors who took theirs offline b4 covid, they said apart from the interview, they had to take 1 more written test too if i remember it correctly😭
