This is exactly the kind of build I wanted to play, overall a perfect IV max compressed Pal is probably more powerful, but a juiced up player is so much more versatile and has no direct weaknesses, whereas your super strong Pal could still get folded by a boss that they are weak to.
I mean, it still is. Until you get to level 19 and can start breeding, or you get both the lettuce/tomato farm so you can make cake much easier, it's probably not worth. It's not till you get full team of Gob with Vanguard rank 5 and a mount rank 5 for the element that this is worth at all.
Welcome to the dark side. Player damage is SO OP :) For leveling up a good balance is 800 weight, 1000 health, then all the rest of your points into attack. With the new lotuses and supply drops, it is possible to max out multiple stats now.
