Have checked with Android and iPhone not working with camera app but working in Recorder app sir
Seems defective piece sir, it is very simple plug & play device.
Try these steps if not done already.
1. See if you have removed all the stickers below mic for charging.
2. Charge it fully & see if you can see battery status in display for both mics,
3. Check with any other phone as well.
4. Check if there is any pairing issue.
If it still doesnt work, plz return or replace it. No point troubleshooting any more.
