Her having issues with Gibbs leaving without regret or goodbyes mirrors what she does to the rest of the team when she leaves without any regrets or goodbyes. She shows negatives emotions to Gibbs about his decision and he lets her rant/vent, but when she leaves she shuts down the rest of the team from being able to get answers/express themselves to her about her leaving them. Seems clear that she's already pretty far into emotionally detaching herself from the other teams members, when it comes to her actions and what she wants for herself (undercover future), but when something vaguely similar happens against her (Gibbs) she expresses more towards the expected emotional outburst that one might expect, even though she sounds strangely expectant/demanding of emotional/loyalty ties from Gibbs to her/the team, which she denies completely when it comes to how she leaves the team/Gibbs.

Maybe she would've made different choices had he still been there or at least kept in contact with them. Like big sis (Ziva) Being mad at him for not going and looking for her after she was pronounced dead with out physical proof.

It wasn't 18 years. This was the second boat he built in the shows run., The first one, "Kelly", went to Mike Franks. This was the 2nd one he started after his father died. It was actually 7 years.
He worked on the fond not the lacquer. And yes it is a boat. Driving it on water just regular usage will do more damage to it then gently putting a glass on it.

He joined the Navy and saw War horrors. He lost his wife and kid. Afterwards he ran from one wife to another trying to find comfort. He lost countless agents and friends throughout his work in NCIS. I am amazed he kept it together for so many years.

Why is nobody talking about her being mad at Gibbs for never coming back and not saying sorry for leaving, and then later in the episode doing the exact same thing? Like she clearly wants to stay and defend her honor on the leaked NSA documents and then like a flip of a switch is hellbent on leaving. Makes no sense... bad writing
@@Shooter_McGoo What are you talking about? I'm aware she was wanted for espionage. She didn't leak the documents. Odette did. Initially she was telling Vance she didn't leak them. Then midway through after talking with Gibbs she says she leaked them.
No what sucks is that she was mad at Gibbs for doing something, but then later on she does the exact same to Torres before she leaves. Except it wasn't foolproof as Torres followed her and she had to say something. He's mad at her and she was mad at Gibbs

I never did like Bishop,she was always so arsey and bad tempered even over the smallest of things,she spoke to Gibbs in a way that non of the others would have got away with
Glad Gibbs is walking away. Aside from McGee, the team sucks. Always hoped Torres and Bishop would get blown up, Gibbs would tell Vance no more new teams and resign, McGee would find out about the resignation and that Gibbs was headed for Alaska. On Gibbs last day McGee takes him to the airport and gets on the plane with him. Gibbs says, “I don’t need an escort.” McGee replies, “I got your six, boss”. Closing shot would be Vance holding both Gibbs and McGee’s badges, looks out his window at the sky and says, “Semper Fi”.

I can't put my finger on the exact reason but Bishop never really fit into this show imo. Not that she is a bad actress but i never cared for her character.
Never liked Bishop, just didn't fit in, not a real agent. The manner she speaks to Gibbs is down right disrespectful. She feels like Gibbs owes he an explanation. One I wouldn't miss from the cast.
Their relationship wasn’t much different to Gibbs and Kate. And Ziva. And Quinn. All of them, in their way, challenged his authority, and kept him honest. Kind of a father/daughter thing.
She doesn’t want him to leave. She loves him in a fatherly way and she loves working with him. That’s why she was showing emotion because she was gonna miss working with him and seeing him everyday.

This show really changed when they got rid of the original cast. Toni and Ziva were great stars. Never really got attached to their replacements.

the show didn't get rid of Coté de Pablo .... and Michael Weatherly left for his own show.
