Promoters like Eddie and Frank work for their fighters. The real problem was the fighters who weren't interested in facing each other, especially Anthony Joshua. He avoided Wilder and Fury his entire and got KO'ed by Ruiz and Dubois. If he hadn't avoided Wilder/Fury, he would have been exposed much earlier. He ducked and managed to milk the boxing fans for an additional 6 or 7 years
