I recommend Little Italy Pizza on 71st and Amsterdam right south of the McDonalds, and (not for the Pizza, but for the Chilean Empanadas): Freddie's on the east side of Amsterdam, down the stairs, between 74th and 75th. You will not find much better pizza from here until you get PAST times square/34th (the armpit of NYC). // Generally uptown pizza is way better because they cant bilk tourists, and people uptown have better standards. // I watched bill Clinton give a speech in that hotel! (at his height in summer '7, before Obama was running.)
