    here's everything I've been eating in a day while I've been working out! I literally crave protein now which is crazy looking back at how little of it I used to eat. 👀 I usually aim for 80 grams of protein a day now and these are the yummiest protein meals ever that I actually crave
    My Recipes! (if you try them please let me know!!)
    Protein Parfait (28g Protein)
    1 packet Kodiak Protein Maple Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
    1 tblsp Splash of hot water
    1 pack of Fage 2% Greek Yogurt with Blueberries
    1 tblsp Peanut Butter
    1 Banana
    MIXT Salad (37g Protein)
    Baby Spinach
    Crispy Chicken
    Garlic Croutons
    Grilled Corn
    Parmesan
    Sweet Potatoes
    Avocado
    Carmelized Onions
    Caesar Dressing
