1/2 medium onion
1/2kg chicken boneless
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder (Kashmiri red chilli)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
4 medium tomatoes
1-2 tablespoon vinegar
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon tomato paste (tomato ketchup)
Oregano
White sauce:
1&1/2 tablespoon butter
1-2 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoon flour
1 liter full cream milk
salt, black pepper, oregano
600gm boiled pasta
Mozzarella cheese
