I use an iron bar called "re bar" / reinforcement bar .. used in concrete work . It is heavier than a cutlass or European two handed or "short" sword . This is used to give my forearms - wrists and shoulders strength . Can you show us your work out ? - diet ? conditioning regimen . Do you run ? - push ups ? etcetera . What are your thoughts regarding mental conditioning and perhaps meditation ? . Do you envision the victory before it happens ? . Forgive me for so many questions .
