This is late but thank you for the video, I made my own Gypsy style catapult and I gotta tell you, it’s an accurate frame and I can’t wait to make more.

Spray contact adhesive, any craft shop or carpet suppliers
It's not spray adhesive.
It's activator spray for the cyanoacrylate glue that he's using.
You can find it under names like Mitre Fast

How much glue do you put on ? I might have put to much glue on it has gone all fucked . Is there a glue to use to get it To go shiny
Were do you get the fork metal part you mount in the wooden handle please my friend
Some potato mashers and garden trowels have a metal frame shaped like that.

What do you use for the forks?
Just asked him the same question my friend then looked threw comments, noticed you asked 3 months ago, if I get a answer I'll let you know ,, I have seen similar in garden centre for the handles of garden tools ,spades etc to sit in with a hook below, to hang them on wall.
Maybe could use a small hand trowel and take the centre prong out with hacksaw or angle grinder???
