Tax payers are already paying for the constitutionally mandated auditor general so really no need for any other auditors.
He has no right to hire anyone. That's not his constitutional duty.

Be guided my friend... There is an already constituted office to handle the Task..As per the constitution of Kenya which is Article 229(6) of the Constitution that requires the Auditor-General to confirm whether public money has been applied lawfully and in an effective way.

Of course Treasury cannot release this information to Kenya Human Rights Commission because they lack mandate to request for this information, just like the task force lacks mandate. The constitution is clear that Parliament is responsible for requesting this information on the status of the loans from Treasury.

All powers enjoyed by various entities including Parliament are donated by the people and can be clawed back at any time.
