I love being part of the ATR family, so it's always good to hear the experience of 2 ATR pilots and their insight on the aviation business!

Good to see you Capt. Magnar. Fortunately I met with you and got a chance to learn many experiences from you at Bangkok Airways.

Hello Capt. Magnar. I enjoy watching your videos it’s very informative and pilots learn a lot from this. We’ve flown together with Cebpac during the early days of Cebpac Atr. Good luck!

    Hi Capt,
Big fan of all your videos, So educational and so much informative in the real world.
I share your videos with all new pilots i get to know flying the ATR.
Small suggestion for your next video like this one, Please use individual microphones so that we can hear both of you clearer :)
    Happy landings !!!

I learned from this video. Thank you both!
Magnate, I also learned from your video about lift. My education is in engineering and physics, so your description made a lot of sense.
What causes drag? This, I suspect, is an even more complex question. I’d like to hear your ideas and understanding.
    Thanks again!

Hey capt. why do most Landing procedures in the ATR hand over control to FO after landing even if it’s a left seat landing ?

    • @FlywithMagnar

The first officer must hold the control column at speeds below 70 kt because the captain has one hand on the nose wheel steering tiller and the other hand on the power levers.

Hi Cpt, really appreciate the videos. I am planning to apply for cebu pacific, do you know what kind of roster they have ?

Thank you for the nice video. I have one question about Cebu pacific. I googled ATR Pilot jobs and find out the ATR First Officer jobs that requires only 250hrs total with type rating. As he said they require 1000hrs total, it has been changed? I wonder how to become a cebu pacific ATR FO. Thank you captain.

The requirements do change with supply and demand. The first step towards a job is to send them your CV.
