Yeah!!! Another Kiln opening. You do know we will be looking for a video every day now Nat, as our daily fix! Good work getting through those plates. I do love the pouring technique. I personally would not add a decal, as less is more in some instances? All down to personal taste though. Maybe try one or two with decals, take a few of each (some with and some without decals) and see if they sell better with them on. You can always add some to your stock of plates to take to future markets then. I love the decals on mugs myself - gives them unique personalities, but also if you have two in the same glaze combo but with a different decal on each - its good for a his and her set. Love the stronger peacock glaze, I'm enjoying the more subtle colours now - I must be getting old!! Keep up the awesome work Nat! Love it!
Hi Nat and Trace❤ ahhh shame about the tea dust, i dont think it looks fired enough. Ooooo love the 2nd plate it looks so stylish❤ no decal, I think it looks classy as it is. Beautiful beachy platea are gorgeous, love it on the back too❤ The peacock is stunning!! Wowzers kind of muted peacock which.makes it looks really stylish and the 2nd one is gorgeous too, albeit you could put a small decal on the bloat to disguise it😅 or it's just meant to be yours for your house. Love that kiln opening Nat❤❤❤
So many nice pieces-as always. The plates look fabulous and a turtle swimming in the ocean would be perfect. You say you work from home, how awesome is that. Zoom meetings would be easy. Slip a work top over your PJ 's. Fluffy slippers on feet lol😅😅😅 May I ask what you do for work? I've heard you mention before that you are a shift worker. Happy potting and take care.
@mudmagic407 excellent job -as call centre work can be done remotely, which is fabulous. Rollers in hair fag in mouth." I said pet I said love-" Madga Szubanski from that comedy show. That's how I sometimes imagine people working from home would be like 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 . Happy potting and take care.
Wow love the peacock bowl - overall I recon a great kiln unload and you will be pleased to be getting to the end of the bought bisque ware 🥰💕 question - how many markets would you do in a year? I only did one small one and one big one last year - I don’t really love being around lots of people 🤣😂🤣
Hey laney. Last year I did one a month plus 4 twilight markets then increased to 2 a month in oct nov dec. this year I have committed to 2 a month plus 4 twilight markets. Also do occasional annual markets. Plus I work 4 days a week 😮💨
Your temps are hot and I’m in Kansas where we just got over a foot of snow! Love the peacock bowls

Thanks Julia great idea re decal thankyou xx
I love those peacock bowls. Could you grind the bloat off and put a decal over that place maybe with underglaze over the ground bit ?
That’s a great idea Sharon Thankyou!
