This is spot on. There I was with CMT and Apnea...the CPAP changed my life. No joke. I sleep better and my quality of life and health has increased ever since.

Spot on! Don't be like me... A number of years ago I was falling asleep at the wheel on the way home from work and would awake suddenly. Thought I was just recovering from a cold. All was well until I ran head on into a bridge and totaled my car, I had to be cut out of the vehicle, broke my hand, some toes and cracked couple ribs. I went to a sleep specialist and found out I have severe sleep apnea. Fast forward to 2019 and I use a CPAP machine faithfully and get 5 - 6 hours sleep a night of deep sleep (which is normal). I don't snore anymore using the CPAP and I think it has made my life a lot better. AVOID THE CRASH or worse that you would hurt someone else. Call your doctor today!

You two are adorable. Thank you for sharing. I don't have money for this right now, but I should do some research. Maybe I could volunteer for a study or something.

There is no way I can wear a cpap machine. It’s horrible. I wouldn’t be able to get any sleep with it.

@@traciebecker6669try bipap. Cpap can be too hard to breathe out against the constant pressure when you have respiratory muscle weakness - it is exhausting and horrible. Bipap much better and a NI ventilator like a Lumis150 is so gentle it’s a game changer with its iVap settings.
