Ok this I a weird question Dido but, as a side/ back sleeper, should I watch asmr lying on my stomach where I can see it but maybe not fall asleep, or not see it but hear it on my back and fall asleep better, this also means I would miss visual triggers???
I guess comfortability and being able to watch/listen to ASMR changes from person to person. But for me personally as someone who can only sleep on their side, I play ASMR out-loud and have my phone set beside me (typically I'll lock it so the light doesn't wake me)
