It’s my mom’s favorite and she prepares it by slicing thinly and then soaking in salt to then squeeze out the bitterness. Even then, it still tastes too bitter for me! 😆 I love watching videos taken at the market and seeing all the fresh fish and vegetables, but no durian for me! My mom bought one and even though she stored it in the garage, that distinct smell travelled to my room upstairs.
