Great car man, I can just imagine how happy you are since you made it for yourself. If you ask me, I would like to have one just like yours! And those suicide doors and wheels look dope!! To me this is first ''tuned' 2CV that actually looks pretty damn good!

I have loved these cars ever since 1977 when the driver of one quickly stopped in front of me and the back of the car sat down on the front tire of my Moped on a cobblestone street in Schwalmstadt Treysa,Germany.My front tire slid right under his bumper.The driver was wondering why his rear end was still up in the air lol .I thought it was funny ,he didn't.Hahaha.

I'm a daily driver of one of this cars as well, in my case it is a 1980 Citroën Dyane 6-B. I drive it about 70-80 km per day for work plus all my free time wherever I need to go. From Catalonia to France, from the beach to the mountain, from my town to Barcelona... They're great cars, the engine is no doubt unsuficient going uphills which makes the car a bit annoying if you're in a hurry, which somethimes happen if you use it for everything, not just for fun... It is true they're cars you can have with your own style, painted the colour you like, different interiors, etc... You also can make it higher or lower it with ease but, the car of the video, being that low must not be a very good handling car and must hit the ground easily due to the soft suspension, I'm not really sure if the story of the video is real as having the car that low... Would make the car have more limits than it alredy has being untouched "factory specs" for being a daily driver.
We had fix a front end smash on one in the 80's at a garage I worked at , no one would drive it so my boss said to me bring it in so I ended up driving it in and out for 2 or 3 weeks until it was repaired , the lad who hated it the most was given the job , the boss gave him a DS to fix , he asked me to help sort out the swivel headlight mechanism though .

Gemakkelijk om aan te werken want je kan overal gemakkelijk bij en de originele eenvoudige zeteltjes zaten echt lekker. In de winter wat minder leuk want niet te verwarmen en lastig om het glas dampvrij te krijgen en te houden. Je geraakte er overal mee in Frankrijk: met de 'DOCHE' op het erf of over de bergen. Ze zouden ze opnieuw moeten maken maar dan elektrisch aangedreven. Zeker het ontwerp van de zeteltjes behouden!
