You don't have to swap the images it will work without doing that step and either pdf will work just as long as it's saved as a PDF also you can do it with an SVG with multiple colors too each color will be a separate frame I have a sublimation group where I make frames like this and upload them it's called free sublimation sharing I have made tons of templates baby deer where the face is a frame and mickey and Minnie frames frames for tumblers I even have a video that you can download in the featured section that shows you how to use them I wish I was brave enough to make videos like this I love to teach people but I just don't know how to go about getting started and getting people to see what I upload but you are a big inspiration and I love watching your videos even if I already know how to do whatever it might be you never know what you can learn new! ❤
@@ashleefalco I have spent every second of every day watching TH-camrs like you for the last 5 years I use Canva inkscape figma and photopea for the most part I've put together about 200 pages of information for a book... motivation is so hard because of the fear of failure but I will definitely look into it and learn how everything works I think I just worry about people hating me how do you overcome that and if you do not mind I know you are super busy but if I have any questions would you mind if I email them to you I would like to look into it and try I think I talked my own self into trying it during this comment lol what do I have to lose I guess

Take the word can't out of your vocabulary and watch how much you'll accomplish --- That exact quote I repeat to myself every morning, my kids even say it too. It helps I promise. When you start to use that mentality in your everyday life, you'll start to realize all the things you do get done and it'll surprise you! To answer your worry of people not liking you. Here's how I see it, I'm VERY aware that I am not for everyone. I know that there are people who don't like me, think I'm annoying etc. But there are people who DO like me, and those are my people! I do not focus on the ones that might not, because if they don't like me, I don't want them around anyways. And then look at your personal circle, do you have people in your circle that like you? I'm sure you do, so if we have people in your life that do like you, you are guaranteed to find others that will also like you as well. Be you, and your people will find you and stick with you.
Does anyone know how this is done PLEASE. I have something I am trying to both understand and create. The bottom layer is a white background. On top of it is a square Canva frame, that doesn’t cover the complete work area. On top of that is an image of a white coffee mug sitting on a kitchen counter. What I’d like to do is to be able to move that top image around and be able to see that frame cover only the cup as it’s moved around. I have seen it done and spent the last few hours with my sister trying to figure it out. We tried everything and just couldn’t make it work. How is it possible to see that frame show through to the top layer as it’s moved, but the frame doesn’t show the whole picture, just the mug? I know I am repeating myself; I’m trying to make it make sense. I searched Google, looked at numerous videos and no answer.

So, there’s new vocabulary to learn, but I’m not sure where to begin. Maybe this is just not possible for me. However, I did just make 4 chip bags from your tutorial and canva.
I'm not sure what Tim Holtz has done, I've never watched his video. What I can tell you is that this custom frames thing isn't the easiest. But it's free, so you gotta take it as it is if you want to do it for free.
